A bomb exploded in a street full of shops in the Afghan capital, Kabul. Eight people were killed and 22 injured as a result of the explosion.

According to the news in The Guardian, a bomb attack occurred in one of the crowded streets of Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan.

Health officials said eight people died and 22 were injured.

The Interior Ministry of the Taliban administration, which seized power in Afghanistan last year, said that an investigation was launched into the explosion.

No one took responsibility for the attack.
