Liverpool have reportedly rejected a bid worth €125 million from Barcelona for Philippe
Following the world-record sale of Neymar to PSG Barcelona have been actively pursuing Coutinho as well as Borussia Dortmund‘s Ousmane Dembele.
Coutinho has handed in a transfer request and reports on Friday said a new offer of €125 million had been made for Coutinho, the third offer Barca have made so far.
Now Liverpool journalists have been briefed that this bid of €125m (£114m) has been rejected by Liverpool.
